Delete your Mira account

Open Profile in Mira and choose Delete account. Confirm ownership when asked.

If you cannot use the app, email mirasupporthelp@gmail.com from your account email. Do not send your password. We may ask you to confirm account ownership. We answer within 30 days.

To delete only some data (for example, your cloud backup or support messages) and keep the account, email the same address and say what to delete.

Deletion removes your account, sign-in tokens, cloud backup, support messages and ratings. AI usage counts remain without their account link and do not include selected text. Our daily database backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data can remain in them until they are overwritten. Operational logs are separate. Uninstalling Mira does not delete your server account.

Removing an account does not cancel an existing store subscription. Manage any active subscription in Google Play.
